BOULDER

Once considered a hippie haven, now known for a lively and cultivated set, Boulder boasts some of Colorado’s finest restaurants. This picturesque town at the foot of the Flatiron Mountains has earned its dining reputation from places like the nationally acclaimed Frasca Food and Wine, the in-house-butchering Blackbelly, and the farm-fed bistro Black Cat. The city has also fostered now-familiar regional restaurant names from the Kitchen to Jax Fish House.  The Flagstaff House has arguably the best views anywhere... anywhere.
