This presentation will focus on providing culturally responsive services to Native American families and supporting their journey as they support their children. By learning about the depth and history of Native culture, we better understand the role it plays in the early development of Native children.  We can be present with a family to lead/coach in a way that they can follow.   Join us!

Kathy Boye is Navajo and has been an early interventionist, serving families whose children are deaf or hard of hearing, for many years. 
 
Carla Gregory- BA, DSII
Carla Gregory is also and early interventionist from Laguna Pueblo.  She and her family also received services when her adult, Deaf daughter was young. 
 
Wendy Prouse- MA, CED, DSIII
Wendy Prouse is the Regional Supervisor for Northwest New Mexico, serving numerous Native families.
