WREIC Experience

Here are a few things to consider to ensure a fabulous experience at WREIC 2019

REMINDERS FOR
A FABULOUS
EXPERIENCE

Here are a few things to consider to ensure a fabulous experience at WREIC 2019.
  1. We're a mile high with bright sun!  Stay hydrated and don't forget your chapstick, sunscreen and sunglasses.
  2. Temperatures can vary significantly during the day, both indoors and out.  The hotel air conditioning may be too cool for some.  Bring layers.
  3. We encourage an environmentally-friendly approach that reduces waste.  Bring a bag or tote to carry your essentials during the conference and bring a refillable water bottle.
  4. Download presentation materials for your use during the conference.  These will be available soon.  Please note, we will not provide printed materials.
  5. Check out Things to Do for activities in the Denver-Boulder area.  There's so much to explore!
  6. Be sure to check the weather report.  Consider rain gear if you intend to hit the mountain trails
  7. If you plan on going even higher into the mountains (above 8,000'), review these helpful suggestions from Aspen Snowmass. "How to Prepare for High Altitude Travel."
