Welcome to the 2019 Western Regional Early Intervention Conference (WREIC)! This multi-state collaboration of Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming, will take place Wednesday, September 11 through Friday, September 13, 2019, at the beautiful Omni Interlocken Hotel in Broomfield, CO. Over 350 participants are expected to attend.
WREIC is held every other year for professionals serving infants, toddlers and preschoolers with sensory impairments and their families. Nationally known and local presenters will address relevant topics in early intervention for children birth to age five with sensory impairments.
Exhibits will be open for Wednesday’s pre-sessions through Thursday’s keynote and breakouts, ending after the reception/roundtables to give exhibitors time to connect with each audience. All keynote and breakout sessions are close to the exhibits providing you with maximum exposure to attendees.

Exhibitors are welcome to have items for sale for participants to purchase and take with them. Participants are excited to bring new items back to their early childhood settings, and we find that your table will be more popular and lucrative if you have items to purchase. Please stock your table with many copies of brochures, catalogs, and other promotional items.
Need Wi-Fi and electricity? This can be purchased for an additional $65.
Payment: Once your exhibit is approved, send payment for $125 and the optional $65 for Wi-Fi and electricity by check to our fiscal agent, CO Hands & Voices, P. O. Box 3093, Boulder, CO 80307.
Need a room at the Omni? Early bird pricing ends May 31. Rooms are expected to sell out well before the reserved block ends August 12 so act early at www.wreic.org.

- One 8’ draped table and two chairs near the restaurants and main sessions to provide traffic.
- Acknowledgment in the program materials as an official supporter of the 2019 Western Regional Early Intervention Conference.
- Verbal “thank you” acknowledgment before each morning main session.
- Time built into the conference schedule to allow conference participants to visit exhibitors. Exhibits may be set up by 7:45 a.m. Wednesday 9/11 for pre-conference through Thursday 9/12 with takedown after 6:00 pm when the Social Hour and optional Round Table Discussions end.
